This is a brief heads-up and more information will be available soon. AlphaPlus will shortly begin a new way of supporting LBS organizations with short on-demand screen sharing sessions. Individuals can book a 30 minute private session at a time convenient to them through an on-line booking portal linked to the staff calendars. The AlphaPlus consultants can provided a demonstration or orientation to a range of tech tools.

- Using your iPad out of the box.
- Connecting and meeting with Google Hangouts or Google Meet.
- Creating online forms with Google and Microsoft Forms.
- Building websites with Google Sites.
- Using Google Classroom.
- Meeting quickly with Appear.in.
The objective is to make AlphaPlus' expertise more accessible to busy LBS staff. We hope the sessions can help to establish direct ongoing relationships between the AlphaPlus team of consultants and individual LBS staff.
Working out the logistics across the staff team in English/French will be a learning experience for AlphaPlus...
I am using a cloud-based application called https://youcanbook.me/ . I ran into a few tech companies that are able to smoothly use the free version integrated into individual staff calendars.
Any suggestions on how to make this idea more successful for LBS educators? I always welcome feedback and comments.
