To: Literacy and Basic Skills and Apprenticeship Training Providers

Subject: Collection of information related to the subcontracting of learning and training activities (including Literacy and Basic Skills and Apprenticeship programs).

The Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities is seeking to collect information related to the delivery of training or other learning activities that are subcontracted to a third-party or delivered by non-employees.

The attached template outlines the information requested:

• Purpose of contract

• Name of contractor

• Total amount of contract

• Length of contract and date signed

• Provincial funding source, if applicable

This request excludes subcontracting of services such as cleaning, food services, human resources, staff training, project management etc. and is focused on the delivery of courses/programs or training for students or clients.

We appreciate your assistance in providing responses, including nil responses, by 4pm on Friday September 21, 2018, to MAESDCentralRegion@ontario.ca
