Subject: Connecting for a speaker

Hello,
I am writing on behalf of the Toronto East Rotary. As you may be aware, our club focuses on maintaining relationships with community members and supporting their needs financially through our fundraising.

Right now we are focusing on basic education and literacy.

We are wondering if you have somebody who would come to our next club meeting to speak about your organization and let us know what the currents stats and trends are in this sector.

The meeting is an hour long and the speaking engagement would be for about 20 minutes or so. What do you think? Is something your organization would be interested in doing? The meeting would be on September 13th at 12:30pm in downtown Toronto. It’s a great opportunity to feature your organization and do some outreach.

Please let me know as soon as possible, as we are looking for a speaker. Thanks!
