Please help! Office space for 1-5+ people at Bloor/Spadina available - for sharing, barter or sub-lease

Dear Toronto Members: 

*Situation*
I find myself with a lease for too much office space (workstations and meeting room) at 344 Bloor St W, Suite 405 (above the Spadina Station).

*Target*  
I would like to find another few individuals or organizations to share the space with - or sublease to a new organization altogether.

*Proposal*:  
Could you please pass this information along to folks with small organizations (maybe some currently work from home).  I would be happy to share the space through a barter arrangement (bartering services), desk rental or an entire sub-lease.  Any other ideas are more thank welcome too! Thanks for your assistance!
